Levelociti, a private CPA firm in Fairfield, NJ, seeks an Audit Supervisor / Audit Manager to lead engagements from planning through financial statements with partner supervision.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in public accounting, a CPA license, and nonprofit or employee-benefit plan audit experience. This role offers mentorship by two top partners and growth within the audit team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of public accounting experience.
• CPA license strongly preferred.
• Local to Fairfield, NJ market (within 25 - 30 miles).
• Ideally have nonprofit and/or employee benefit plan audit experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements from planning to financial statements with Partner supervision.
• Manage client engagements and project timelines.
• Coordinate with partners and staff to ensure on-time delivery of work products.
• Mentor and groom junior staff within the audit team.

2/3 days in the office

Compensation:

$110 - 160k (Dependent on candidate exp & CPA license)

Company Overview:

We're a privately owned ~50 person CPA firm out of Fairfield, NJ that's actively adding to our Audit Department. Two of the key partners are looking for a strong audit professional, who is willing & able to run engagements from start to finish with Partner supervision & support.

This role offers the ability go under the wing of 2 top professionals & further groomed into higher levels into the organization.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of public accounting experience
• CPA is strongly preferred
• Local to Fairfield, NJ market (within 25 - 30 miles)
• Ideally have non profit and/or employee benefit plan audit experience
• Experienced with planning to performance & ultimately preparation of the financial statements
