Qualifications

• 2 to 7+ years of public accounting audit experience.
• CPA or actively pursuing the CPA.
• Experience with condo associations or HOAs is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, run, and lead audit and review engagements from start to finish.
• Supervise and train staff and associates on engagements.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, including board members and property managers.
• Prepare and review workpapers, financial statements, and supplementary information.
• Identify issues early and work with partners to resolve them.
• Help improve processes and efficiency across engagements.
