Job summary

Aprio is a Top 20 CPA and advisory firm seeking an Audit Manager to join a dynamic team in a growth-focused environment.

You will manage multiple audit engagements, coordinate with partners and clients, and contribute to business development while mentoring junior staff and delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Licensed CPA is required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct multiple auditing projects and client engagements.
• Communicate with partners, staff and clients regarding expectations and status.
• Lead marketing efforts to promote firm services and generate new business.
• Foster relationships with coworkers and clients and provide coaching to staff accountants.

Audit team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for an
Audit Manager to join their dynamic team.

Position Responsibilities:

Conducting multiple auditing projects and client engagements

Effectively communicating with partners, staff and clients regarding expectations, status of engagements and other matters

Initiating an active role in marketing our firm services resulting in new business

Continuously fostering relationships with coworkers and clients

Minimal Travel

Qualifications:

Developed specialties in renewable energy, consumer products and professional services a plus

4-year bachelor’s degree in accounting

Master’s degree preferred

Licensed CPA

5+ years of experience working for a public accounting firm

Energetically managing, coaching, and developing staff accountants

Analytical skills in relation to financial statements and other financial information

Effective written and verbal communication skills with clients and co-workers

Demonstrating initiative and willingness to lead, make decisions, and work independently
