Job summary

Aprio’s Non-Profit Audit team seeks an Audit Manager to oversee diverse nonprofit engagements. You will manage multiple audits, coordinate with partners and clients, and actively contribute to marketing efforts to expand the firm’s presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• Licensed CPA is required.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience.
• Experience mentoring staff accountants.
• Strong analytical skills with financial statements and data.

Responsibilities

• Conducting multiple auditing projects and client engagements
• Effectively communicating with partners, staff and clients regarding expectations, status of engagements and other matters
• Initiating an active role in marketing our firm services resulting in new business
• Continuously fostering relationships with coworkers and clients

Qualifications

• Developed specialties in non-profit
• 4-year bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Licensed CPA
• 5+ years of experience working for a public accounting firm
• Energetically managing, coaching, and developing staff accountants
• Analytical skills in relation to financial statements and other financial information
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with clients and co-workers
• Demonstrating initiative and willingness to lead, make decisions, and work independently

$121,000 - $148,000 a year

The salary range for this opportunity is stated above. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range.
