Job summary

CapinCrouse, now part of CRI, offers an Audit Intern position for Summer 2027 focused on nonprofit clients nationwide. Interns will perform substantive auditing procedures, document tests, and ensure proper application of accounting principles under supervision.

The program emphasizes growth, collaboration, and professional development within a national advisory firm. Applicants should be pursuing an accounting degree, with strong communications skills and the ability to work both independently

Qualifications

• Two or more years of university education completed by the time of starting the internship required.
• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others.
• High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.

The anticipated hiring base hourly range for this role is: $25 - $30 an hour.

Actual compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to education, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
