Job summary

UHY International Ltd. invites motivated students to apply for an Audit Intern role. This temporary internship offers hands-on experience in auditing, from data entry and documentation to basic testing and workpaper preparation.

You will learn audit concepts and firm standards while collaborating with experienced professionals. You will gain exposure to substantive and control testing, assist in compiling financial data, and contribute to audit reports under supervision.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college/university pursuing accounting, finance or related field
• 0–1 year of relevant experience noted
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist audit teams with data entry, documentation, and basic financial analysis
• Support audit procedures including substantive and control testing
• Help maintain accurate, organized audit files and work papers
• Prepare workpapers and audit reports under supervision
• Compile financial data for audit analysis and trend identification
• Participate in training to learn audit concepts and software tools
• Communicate updates and seek guidance from team members as needed
• Use audit software to input data and extract reports
