Job summary

UHY International Ltd. is seeking an Audit Intern to gain hands-on experience in audit and assurance. You will work with experienced professionals on real engagements and help ensure accurate financial reporting for diverse clients.

You will assist in data entry, documentation, and basic analysis, support substantive and control testing, and help prepare workpapers and audit reports while learning audit software and tools.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college/university pursuing accounting or finance.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with audit teams on data entry, documentation, and basic analysis.
• Assist in substantive and control testing procedures.
• Maintain organized audit files and documentation per firm standards.
• Prepare workpapers and audit reports.
• Compile financial data and transactions for audit analysis.
• Perform basic analytical procedures to spot trends and issues.
• Engage in training and using audit software/tools to support processes.
• Communicate updates and findings with audit team and seek guidance as needed.
