Job summary

DOZ is offering a full-time, in-office internship in Wisconsin from January through mid-March. Interns work an average of 55 hours per week, with peak weeks up to 65 hours during busy season.

You will begin with onboarding and training, and then work on client engagements as part of the Audit team. The role involves planning, fieldwork, and financial statement preparation, collaboration on more than 35 audits, and drafting reports for senior review.

Qualifications

• Accounting major working toward the CPA exam.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Completion of at least one intermediate accounting course preferred.
• Ability to commit to 55+ hours per week during the internship.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding and training before client engagements.
• Participate in all phases of an audit: planning, fieldwork, and financial statement prep.
• Collaborate with Audit team to complete 35+ audits from start to finish.
• Prepare draft audit reports for senior review.
