Job summary

Snodgrass is seeking accounting interns to join our audit team for the spring 2027 semester. Interns will gain hands-on experience across client work for our external audit group, including non-profits, financial institutions, employee benefit plans, manufacturing, and more.

The program runs January–April 2027. This hybrid internship offers meaningful work, supervision, and opportunities to earn academic credit; candidates should be pursuing an accounting degree and be able to work 20 hours per

Qualifications

• Internship to start during candidate’s junior or senior year of school; master’s candidates considered.
• GPA 3.0 or greater preferred.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week (Mon–Fri); set schedule required.
• Working towards a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Snodgrass does not currently sponsor candidates for employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform select sections and steps of the financial statement audit.
• Maintain ongoing communication and keep firm management apprised of fieldwork status.
• Prepare reports/documents for management’s review using firm policies.
• Work independently as well as within a team.
• Hybrid internship: regular in-office presence required (minimum 50%).
