Job summary

S.R. Snodgrass, P.C. invites motivated undergraduates to join its audit team for Summer 2027. Interns will gain hands-on experience on client engagements across nonprofit, financial institutions, employee benefit plans, manufacturing, and more, with a May to July 2027 window.

The program supports earning academic credit and Snodgrass will coordinate documentation with your school. The internship is hybrid, requiring regular in-office presence (at least 50%).

Qualifications

• Internship to start after sophomore or junior year.
• GPA 3.0 or greater preferred.
• Availability to work approximately 32 hours per week (Mon–Thu).
• Working towards a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel to clients.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized with good time management skills.
• Snodgrass does not currently sponsor candidates for employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform select sections and steps of the financial statement audit
• Maintain ongoing communication and keep firm management apprised of fieldwork status
• Accurately complete various projects and prepare reports/documents for management’s review, using established firm policies and procedures
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• This internship is hybrid, meaning it will be a combination of remote and in‑office work; candidates must be able to be in the office on a regular basis (minimum of 50% working in office)
