Job summary

Grant Thornton International Ltd seeks an Audit Intern to support reviewing and auditing client transaction cycles while collaborating with experienced teams. The role provides hands-on exposure to audit software, data analysis, and cross-functional projects within a dynamic, client-focused environment.

The internship emphasizes developing analytical, communication and teamwork skills, with in-person attendance at GT offices or client sites at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0.
• Willingness to work extra hours and travel.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a complex team environment.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and auditing business transaction cycles including cash, treasury, capex, and other income/expenses.
• Researching audit issues using electronic databases and review-tracking financial information.
• Identifying and informing senior staff of audit-related issues.
• Collaboratively working with client team members to build rapport and strong relationships.
• Working closely with staff, managers, and partners on all project phases.
• Engaging in multiple client engagements across industries.
