  • Learn business objectives, risks, and controls to mitigate risks.
  • Review, document procedures and provide ADM leadership with information, analysis, and recommendations.

Internship Program Requirements
  • Education: Currently pursuing a four-year degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and summer 2029.
  • Academic performance: Minimum overall GPA of 2.8.
  • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the assigned work location.
  • Geographic flexibility: Willingness to relocate to an ADM location in North America.
  • Availability: Must be available for a 12-week internship from mid-May through early August 2027.
  • Background check: Successful completion of a background check is required.
  • Work authorization: ADM is unable to provide work visa sponsorship for this position.

Job Summary

The audit's role is to assist ADM management by providing independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to make valuable contributions and improve the organization's operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our organization's risk management, control, and governance processes.
  • Collaborate to conduct risk-based audits of ADM or third-party facilities throughout the United States.
  • Learn business objectives, risks to meeting objectives, and controls to mitigate those risks.
  • Review, assimilate, and logically document work procedures while providing ADM leadership with information, analysis, and recommendations
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a four-year degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum 2.8 GPA
  • Strong verbal and written and time-management skills
  • Ability to function effectively, both independently and with a team, as well as the ability to collaborate within various levels of an organization
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Skills (Excel data tables, pivots, lookups, Access, PowerPoint, etc.) and interests in diverse Information Technology

ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.

$21 - $24 hourly rate is dependent on graduation date

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
