ADM is offering an Operations Leadership Development Program Engineer role as a full-time, rotational early-career assignment across North American facilities. The program combines challenging, real-world engineering work with formal training and networking to prepare you for future ADM leadership roles.
You will rotate through multiple facilities, engage with senior leaders, and contribute to capital and optimization projects while developing key leadership and collaboration skills.

ADM offers competitive pay for this full‑time, 40‑hour‑per‑week internship. Depending on your assigned location and distance from home, fully furnished housing and transportation assistance may also be provided to help support your transition.

Combining challenging work at locations across the United States with structured training and networking opportunities, the program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders for ADM’s Global Operations team.
Throughout this rotational program, you’ll experience firsthand how our manufacturing capabilities, expertise and expansive footprint allow us to add value to every part of the supply chain. You’ll be mentored by senior ADM operations and commercial leaders while honing your leadership skills through a variety of projects and assignments that will test your creative agility.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non‑exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at‑will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$69,700.00 – $120,000.00
