Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking an Audit Director/Manager to join our State and Local Government practice in the Sunbelt region. You will lead government audits and engagements, drive client relationships, and mentor teams across multiple offices.

The role requires a CPA, a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, and at least 6 years in a large firm with governance or governmental audit experience. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license required.
• Minimum 6 years in a large professional services or public accounting firm with governance experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams and governmental/single audits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with clients.
• Assist clients in obtaining funding to positively impact their community.
• Assist clients with audit and financial planning objectives using a range of tools.
• Lead staff development, mentoring, and oversee engagement teams; monitor budgets and deadlines.
