Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6 years of experience in a public accounting environment or equivalent.
• CPA or equivalent.
• Current on professional standards, Government Auditing Standards, GAAP, and Uniform Guidance.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to teams and clients.
• Location is flexible.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control review of assurance engagements.
• Analyze observations and findings, perform root cause analysis, and develop process improvements.
• Be a technical resource for engagement teams in applying professional standards and GAAP.
• Assist in development and maintenance of assurance methodology and learning materials.
• Develop thought leadership for internal and external users.
