Job summary

FlexTecs seeks an Audit Director to lead client engagements and audit delivery teams in a fast-paced retail environment. You will advise on audit program planning, supplier selection, stakeholder engagement, and settlements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.

You will mentor staff, manage cross-functional teams, and present findings to senior management while building strong client relationships and driving continuous improvement in audit methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in audit, accounting, or financial planning and analysis.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to travel as needed.
