Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or business-related field or equivalent
• 10 years of progressive audit, risk, or examiner experience in financial services
• Comprehensive knowledge of banking, risk management, and audit practices
• Excellent leadership, decision making, and critical thinking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication with senior management
• Professional certification such as CIA, CISA, or CPA

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a comprehensive audit program for assigned business units.
• Directly manage a team of audit professionals and coordinate dynamic audit plans.
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior management of assigned BUs.
• Supervise planning, scoping, and execution of audit activities.
• Analyze systems and controls to assess design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.
• Review and approve audit reports for clarity and relevance.
• Develop risk assessments and monitor changes in risk profiles.
• Serve as an audit SME and monitor trends in auditing and banking.
