Role Overview

K2 Integrity is seeking an experienced internal audit director to join our Assurance Services practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably with certifications such as CIA, CPA, or CISA. The role involves delivering risk-based audit services, managing stakeholder relationships, and providing strategic advisory in internal audit and regulatory compliance, including SOX and COSO/COBIT frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver internal audit and advisory services to clients.
• Execute internal audit engagements across all lifecycle phases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and lead client discussions.
• Perform quality assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Manage project budgets, deadlines, and team guidance.
• Develop client relationships and identify business opportunities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and support proposals.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Minimum Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent.
