• Bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative field with 5+ years analytics experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Curiosity for solving business problems and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of Python, R, SAS and SQL.
• Familiarity with GenAI and prompt engineering basics.
• Experience with SAS, SQL, Hive, Hadoop, Spark, Python, Tableau, Alteryx.
• Ability to convey complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Drive data science and analytics strategies, including product recommendations and standards.
