Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 5+ years analytics OR an advanced degree with 3+ years in data analytics.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with leadership potential.
• Experience with Python, SQL and modern analytics tools; knowledge of GenAI basics.
• Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions and communicate results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize AI/ML solutions to influence risk identification and mitigation.
• Design analyses to enhance control testing and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with partners to scope problems and deliver analytical models.
• Research, implement, and evaluate analytical approaches, including GenAI methods.
• Code solutions and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
