Qualifications

• Excel-driven data analysis and reconciliation.
• Ability to review and interpret financial information with accuracy.
• Experience using Office tools and basic financial systems.
• Strong communication across management levels and teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and reconcile accounting data using advanced Excel tools, PivotTables, lookups, and data-validation.
• Review financial information for accuracy, identify trends and variances, investigate discrepancies, and translate findings into conclusions.
• Plan and prioritize daily, weekly, monthly, and period-end accounting tasks to meet deadlines.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, Operations and cross-functional teams to gather information and resolve issues.
• Support continuous improvement by simplifying reports, strengthening controls, and developing more efficient processes.
