Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer for its Internal Audit Data Analytics team to deliver data-driven solutions that scale audit programs. You will set up data infrastructure, build dashboards, and train auditors in analytics tools across audit phases.

You will work closely with businesses to assess audit requirements, applying machine learning and statistical techniques for advanced use cases while maintaining a customer-centric focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc.
• 2+ years of data analysis experience with analytics tools and databases.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a consultative capacity, translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Identify risks in business processes using data analysis and recommend remediation steps.
• Source data and use ETL methods to create consumable datasets for testing and analysis.
• Determine data collection methods and analyze results into actionable testing solutions for audit findings.
• Develop analyses and tools to enable deeper analysis while increasing efficiency.
