Job summary

National Life Group is offering an Audit Co-Op in Montpelier, VT, designed for rising interns to gain hands-on training within the Audit team. You will work with external auditors and participate in control testing while learning risk assessment and internal controls.

The program provides exposure to multiple business areas, opportunities to present findings to senior leaders, and access to mentors and networking throughout the summer. Base pay is disclosed as an hourly range.

Qualifications

• Rising junior with 3.2 GPA or higher.
• Majors in Business, Accounting, Finance, Analytics or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to interview and present to groups.
• Willingness to learn auditing standards.

Responsibilities

• Gain foundational understanding of risk assessment and internal control.
• Work directly with external auditors and control testing.
• Exposure to all areas of the company and present to leaders.
