Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting from an accredited college.
• Eligible to sit for the CPA exam.
• Knowledge of auditing, GAAP/GAAS, and SEC rules where applicable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Willing to travel locally 80%+ and have access to a car/public transportation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and research capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support audit planning, execution, and review under supervision.
• Assist in development of audit strategy and interpretation of findings.
• Perform internal control testing and document deficiencies.
• Participate in preparation of financial statements and footnotes.
• Ensure adherence to firm policies, budgets, and timelines.
• Communicate findings clearly in writing and orally; contribute to team learning.
