Job summary

PKF O’Connor Davies, a top-ranked accounting, tax, and advisory firm with offices across the U.S., is seeking an Audit Associate to join our Assurance practice in Providence, RI. You will assist with audit engagements for commercial clients, perform procedures, and help prepare workpapers and financial statements.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years progressive auditing experience in public accounting.
  • CPA or progress toward certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and auditing standards.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel locally to clients when required.
  • Must be able to work in‑office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of audit and assurance engagements for commercial clients.

We are seeking an Audit Associate to join our assurance practice in our Providence, RI office. The individual will be responsible for assisting with audit engagements for commercial clients across a variety of industries.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Must be able to travel locally to clients when required.
  • Must be able to work in‑office a minimum of 3 days per week.
