Job summary

Renewal by Andersen - Tiffee Companies in Oregon is seeking an Audit Administrator to join our team. You will support sales compensation processes, run payroll and commission audits, and collaborate with Payroll, Accounting, and Sales Management to ensure reporting accuracy.

We value detail-oriented professionals who can own the accuracy of commissions, assist with promotions administration, and help maintain integrity in payroll submissions while delivering reliable support to the sales

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of relevant accounting or sales operations experience preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: General proficiency in technology, web-based platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred
• Accuracy: High degree of accuracy in data management, auditing and reporting.
• Organization and Time Management: Strong ability to main workflow efficiency and keep tasks on track
• CRM Knowledge: Ability to update and manage CRM tools with audits and payroll data.
• Problem Solving: Positive attitude and ability to creatively resolve issues as they arise

Responsibilities

• Payroll & Commissions: Process audits and authorize payments for payroll, ensuring accuracy in commission and bonus calculations.
• Promotions Administration: Create monthly promotion templates for the sales team and confirm authorized discounts.
• Reconciliation: Ensure compensation plans and monthly promotions in company CRM applications match approvals from Sales Management.
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and evaluate payroll and commission information as necessary.
• Payroll Collaboration: Partner with payroll administrators to verify accurate payment details for the sales team.
• Special Calculations: Calculate commissions accurately when 2nd-tier financing participation is required.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain and grow relationships with payroll, accounting, and other internal teams.
• Audit & Support: Audit outstanding commissions for potential missed payments and provide additional training or support to Sales team as needed.
• Other Duties: Complete additional tasks or special projects as assigned
