Summary:

The ideal Field Engineer has experience installing audiovisual systems in corporate environments. They enjoy working with electronic equipment and bringing complex paper-designed systems to life. High standards for audio and video quality and performance are essential.

The role involves configuring and commissioning systems fabricated and installed by field technicians, aiming for zero defects and customer readiness. All systems are prepared in staging labs in Mesa, AZ. The engineer configures devices to ensure proper system functionality as per engineering specifications and performs final commissioning, including audio DSP gain structure, measurement, signal routing verification, and final checklists using measurement tools.

Night and out-of-town work may be required with advanced notice.

Abilities Required:

Experience/Training/Certification/Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of audiovisual integration experience
• 2+ years of audiovisual systems commissioning experience
• 2-4 year college degree preferred
• L3 Installation Training – Networking Fundamentals
• L3 Testing & Commissioning Training – Audio Testing
• Audinate Level 1 and 2 certification
• Qsys Level 1 and 2 certification
• Crestron DM certification
• Extron Certification
