Expert Hearing in Savannah, GA is seeking an Audiology Technician/Assistant to support audiologists and patient care. The role involves managing patient interactions, scheduling, records, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth patient journey.

You'll assist with insurance verification, billing, and coordination of care plans, with training provided for hearing aid cleaning and Bluetooth troubleshooting for walk-in patients. Growth opportunities exist within the clinic.

Formación

• Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with EHR systems advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones, schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Assist with insurance verification and billing processes to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care plans and follow-up appointments.
• Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure a well-functioning environment.
• Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
• Training for cleaning and minor repairs on hearing aids; handling walk-in patients needing Bluetooth troubleshooting.
