Job summary

Augusta ENT PC in CSRA and Statesboro is seeking an Audiology Assistant to help patients hear their best. You will train to perform hearing tests, tympanometry, balance tests, otoacoustic emissions, and Epley maneuvers under supervision.

The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication, eager to learn, dependable, and has prior customer service experience or medical exposure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently.
• Basic computer skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus.
• CMA, MA, CNA, Surgical Technician experience preferred.
• Previous medical and/or Audiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hearing tests and related assessments under supervision.
• Support Audiologist to assist hearing aid patients.
• Coordinate with patients to ensure smooth testing process.
