Job summary

Augusta ENT PC is seeking an Audiology Assistant to support hearing testing and balance assessments under the supervision of an audiologist. The role involves performing hearing tests, tympanometry, Otoacoustic Emissions, and Epley maneuvers for patients across the CSRA.

The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication and a willingness to learn, with prior clinical or customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently
• Basic computer skills
• High integrity, team player with patient service focus and flexibility
• Previous customer service experience
• CMA, MA, CNA, Surgical Technician (preferred)
• Previous medical and or/Audiology experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist with hearing tests and tympanometry under supervision
• Support audiologist in testing and patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and admin tasks
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure equipment is ready for procedures
