Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an AuD program and pursuing clinical licensure.
• Strong interest in pediatric and vestibular testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn from preceptor and engage in comprehensive evaluations.
• Document appointments and patient information accurately.
• Lead selection, fitting, follow-up, and service appointments for hearing aids.
• Order and service hearing aids; take earmold impressions.
• Conduct follow-up calls and participate in clinic meetings.

Salary range is $22-26/hr

Responsibilities

• Hands‑On Learning: From day 1, gain practical experience and mentorship from audiologists in comprehensive evaluations, patient engagement, and solution‑oriented education. Clinics may also offer experience in pediatric and vestibular testing.
• Peer interaction: You'll virtually connect with externs nationwide, building a supportive network for structured encouragement. This collaboration enhances clinical skills and insights into office operations.

Daily Extern Responsibilities

• Learn, ask questions to your preceptor.
• Appointment documentation
• Lead selection, fitting, follow‑up, and service appointments

• Participate in clinic/company meetings.
• Any task beneficial to your clinic
