Job summary

Interim Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Audiology Assistant for a full-time 0.8 FTE assignment in Stillwater, MN, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with a start likely in October for a couple of months. You will assist the Audiologist in evaluations and hearing-aid fittings, support patients with hearing-aid issues, and perform other assigned tasks.

Requires high school diploma and at least one year in a medical/clinical setting, with current BLS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of experience in a medical/clinical setting or as an Audiology Assistant/Tech.
• Current BLS certification required and maintained (online not acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Assist Audiologist in audiological evaluations.
• Assist Audiologist in hearing-aid fittings.
• Support patients with hearing-aid problems.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned.

What we ask of you:

• Assist Audiologist in Audiological Evaluations.
• Assist Audiologist in Hearing-Aid Fitting.
• Supporting patients with Hearing-Aid problems.
• All other tasks as assigned.

What we require of you:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience or training in a medical/clinical setting or experience as an Audiology Assistant/Tech.
• Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross required and maintained. *On-line BLS certification is not acceptable.
