We're currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Audiology Assistant to join our growing team.

Position Summary:

The Audiology Assistant will support our audiologists in delivering hearing healthcare services. This role involves triaging patients, appointment scheduling, assisting with hearing aids, maintaining equipment and supplies, managing patient records, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist audiologists with patient preparation
• Perform hearing aid cleanings and troubleshooting
• Instruct patients on hearing aid use and maintenance
• Maintain and manage inventory of audiology supplies and hearing aid accessories
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records
• Ensure exam rooms and equipment are clean and ready for use
• Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a health related field is a plus

• Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn audiology software and equipment
