Central Texas Sinus & Allergy in College Station, TX is hiring an Audiology Assistant to join our growing team. This full-time role supports audiologists, performs routine hearing aid checks, assists with repairs, orders supplies, and helps manage patient appointments.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service and computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Audiology assistant checks: routine hearing aid checks, warranty expiration visits, loss & damage claims, repairs.
• Perform in-office repairs of hearing aids when possible and coordinate with manufacturers.
• Order hearing aids, repairs, accessories, chargers, receivers, etc. from manufacturers.
• Counsel patients on repair warranties, loss & damage coverage, and service plan options.
• Charge for all parts and services and document patient fees.
• Ensure patients schedule follow-up visits with audiologists and other assistants.
• Assist with hearing aid package check-in/programming and stocking of rooms.
• Order clinical and office supplies as needed.

We strive to maintain an environment where our employees can grow and further their skills and careers while being a part of a strong team.**Responsibilities:*** Audiology assistant checks - routine hearing aid checks, warranty expiration visits, Loss & Damage claims, repairs, etc.)* Perform in office repairs of hearing aids and assistive devices, when possible and send aids to the manufacturers when needed.* Order hearing aids, repairs, accessories, chargers, receivers, etc. from manufacturers in a timely manner* Counsel patient regarding repair warranties, Loss & Damage coverage (manufacturer and ESCO), and service plan options* Appropriately charge for all parts and services. Document patient fees and payments on hearing aid encounter tickets and invoices, when applicable.* Ensure patients schedule appropriate follow up visits with audiologists and audiology assistants* Assist with hearing aid package check-in/programming* Ensure clinical rooms and repair rooms are well stocked.
