ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida is seeking a full-time Customer Service/Medical Assistant to support a busy otolaryngology practice in the Jupiter area. The ideal candidate will have administrative or retail experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn new procedures within a one-year training program to obtain state certification.

Responsibilities include patient interactions, data entry, and use of office technology, with occasional travel between offices.

Formación

• Background in administrative assistance, retail or customer service.
• Willing to commit to a one-year training program.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:30–5:00.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with a welcoming and helpful front-desk presence.
• Perform basic administrative tasks and data entry using MS Word/Excel.
• Support scheduling, billing or patient flow in a fast-paced ENT practice.
• Travel between Jupiter-area offices as needed to support coverage.
