Qualifications

• Active Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure per state requirements.
• Licensed to provide hearing healthcare in accordance with state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat hearing loss in accordance with clinical and state licensing standards.
• Conduct hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and patient education on device use and care.
• Provide quality aftercare services including troubleshooting, repairs, and hearing aid maintenance.
• Counsel patients on hearing aid and accessory options, including payment methods and third-party payor processes in compliance with regulations.
• Achieve clinic growth goals while maintaining ethical clinical and sales practices.
• Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and leadership to meet financial performance goals.
• Support telehealth and remote care initiatives, including remote hearing tests and patient coaching.
• Operate audiometric equipment and interpret test results clearly.

HearingLife is seeking a full-time Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our in-office clinical team. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive hearing healthcare services while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Candidates must be licensed in accordance with state requirements.

• Maintain required continuing education and licensure compliance
• Operate audiometric equipment and accurately interpret test results
• Clearly communicate test outcomes and recommended treatment plans to patients in an easy-to-understand manner
