Job summary

HearingLife is seeking a full-time Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our in‑office clinical team in Marion, NC. You will provide comprehensive hearing health services and deliver an outstanding patient experience, with licensure required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat hearing loss according to clinical and state licensing standards.
  • Conduct hearing assessments, fittings, and patient education on device use and care.
  • Provide aftercare services including troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of hearing devices.
  • Counsel patients on hearing aid and accessory options, including payment methods and third‑party payor processes in compliance with regulations.
  • Support clinic growth while maintaining ethical clinical and sales practices.
  • Collaborate with care coordinators and leadership to meet financial goals.
  • Support telehealth and remote care initiatives, including remote tests and patient coaching.
  • Operate audiometric equipment and interpret test results clearly.

Job description

HearingLife is seeking a full-time Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our in-office clinical team. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive hearing healthcare services while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Candidates must be licensed in accordance with state requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain required continuing education and licensure complianceOperate audiometric equipment and accurately interpret test results
  • Clearly communicate test outcomes and recommended treatment plans to patients in an easy-to-understand manner
