Job summary

Easterseals Midwest seeks an Audiologist to provide audiology services across clinic locations for all ages. The role ensures services meet guidelines, funder requirements, and accreditation standards.

Core duties include evaluating hearing, fitting devices, supervising student clinicians, and generating timely reports. Proficiency in Office tools and hearing aid software is expected, with weekday daytime hours and potential evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• AuD required or equivalent.
• State license within 90 days of hire and active thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates hearing sensitivity and acuity using evidence-based procedures.
• Provides management and follow-up recommendations for auditory disorders.
• Selects and fits ear molds, hearing aids, or assistive devices.
• Supervises student clinicians and participates in community education.
• Produces written reports and maintains chart notes on the same day of service.
