HearingLife in Philadelphia is seeking an Audiologist to diagnose and treat hearing loss while delivering exceptional patient care. You will operate audiometric equipment, conduct tests, fit and educate patients on hearing devices, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to grow the practice.

The role requires an active Hearing Aid Dispensing or Audiology license in the state, 2+ years of sales experience or equivalent training, and a patient-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License (state requirement).
• 2+ years in hearing aid sales or equivalent training under licensed HIS/AuD.
• Strong communication and patient-focused care.
• Ability to grow patient population and meet financial goals.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, educate and train hearing aid users of best practices.
• Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, including troubleshooting and repairs, earmolds cleaning.
• Achieve practice growth with a strong focus on sales and key business metrics while maintaining ethical standards.
• Engage in local community outreach such as health fairs and physician relationships, representing HearingLife responsibly.
• Counsel patients on purchases of hearing aids, devices, and accessories; understand third-party payors and payment methods.
