Delivers comprehensive diagnostic, rehabilitative, and consultative audiology services for infants, children, and adolescents in a hospital-based setting, including but not limited to inpatient, outpatient, and surgical settings; emphasizes early identification of hearing loss, family centered care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and participation in program development, and continuous professional growth.
Contributes to a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture by engaging in professional learning, sharing expertise, mentoring peers, and participating in team based quality improvement initiatives.
Provides structured supervision, coaching, and competency based evaluation for students; models evidence based pediatric practice and professional behavior.
Supports expansion of pediatric audiology services.
Participates in quality and safety initiatives, workflow optimization, and data driven decision making to improve patient access and outcomes.
Equipment & Supply Management — Assists with inventory, calibration scheduling, and cost effective purchasing recommendations.
Contributes to financial planning discussions, identifies opportunities for revenue growth & expense management.
Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job.
