Qualifications

• Master's degree in Audiology or AuD; state licensure required.
• Current hearing aid license in state of practice required.
• CCC-A certification preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Administers diagnostic audiological exams for patients of all ages.
• Counsels patients, families, and physicians on test results and options.
• Performs evaluations, fittings, and management of hearing aids and cochlear implants.
• Administers newborn hearing screenings and otoacoustic emissions as part of evaluations.
• Schedules and coordinates all appointment types tofacilitate departmental workflow.
• Assists in training and onboarding of new staff as needed.
• Performs Auditory Brainstem Response testing when indicated.
• Ensures privacy, compassion, and clear communication with patients.
