Job summary

HearingLife is seeking a full-time Audiologist to join our in-office clinical team in Raleigh, NC. You will provide comprehensive hearing healthcare and deliver an outstanding patient experience, with licensure required by state regulations.

Responsibilities include hearing assessments, fitting devices, patient education, and collaboration with care coordinators to meet patient and clinic goals; some telehealth support and ongoing licensure compliance are expected.

Qualifications

  • Licensed audiologist per state requirements.
  • Experience with hearing assessments and fittings.
  • Strong patient communication skills.
  • Commitment to continuing education and licensure.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat hearing loss in accordance with clinical and state licensing standards.
  • Conduct hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and patient education on device use and care.
  • Provide quality aftercare services including troubleshooting, repairs, and hearing aid maintenance.
  • Counsel patients on hearing aid and accessory options, including payment methods and third-party payor processes.
  • Achieve clinic growth goals while maintaining ethical clinical and sales practices.
  • Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and clinic leadership to meet financial performance goals.
  • Support telehealth and remote care initiatives, including remote hearing tests and patient coaching.
  • Maintain required continuing education and licensure compliance.
  • Operate audiometric equipment and interpret test results.
  • Clearly communicate test outcomes and recommended treatment plans to patients.
  • Participate in leadership development and growth initiatives.

HearingLife is seeking a full-time Audiologist to join our in-office clinical team. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive hearing healthcare services while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Candidates must be licensed in accordance with state requirements.

  • Operate audiometric equipment and accurately interpret test results

  • Clearly communicate test outcomes and recommended treatment plans to patients in an easy-to-understand manner
