HearingLife is seeking a full-time Audiologist to join our in-office clinical team with travel across Concord, Lexington, and Winston-Salem areas. The role includes coverage at local clinics, patient care, and collaboration with a network of hearing care professionals.

Mileage reimbursement is provided and schedules are planned in advance to support work-life balance. Licensed Audiologists or those eligible to obtain licensure per state requirements are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an audiologist per state requirements or eligibility.
• Willingness to travel within NC markets (Concord, Lexington, Winston-Salem).
• Ability to conduct hearing assessments and fittings with patient education.
• Commitment to continuing education and licensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat hearing loss per state standards.
• Conduct hearing assessments and fittings; educate patients on device use.
• Provide aftercare, troubleshooting, and maintenance for hearing aids.
• Counsel on options, including payment methods and third-party payors.
• Support clinic growth while maintaining ethical practices.
• Participate in community outreach and physician relationship development.
• Collaborate with care coordinators and leadership to meet financial goals.
• Support telehealth and remote care initiatives.
• Maintain ongoing licensure and continuing education.
• Operate audiometric equipment and interpret test results.
• Clearly communicate test outcomes and treatment plans to patients.

Position Type: Full-Time, In-Office Location: Traveling in North Carolina: Concord, Lexington, and Winston Salem Area

HearingLife is seeking a full-time Audiologist to join our in-office clinical team. Enjoy variety in your practice while making a meaningful impact across multiple communities. This role includes travel to nearby HearingLife clinics within the local market, providing coverage, supporting patients, and collaborating with a network of dedicated hearing care professionals. Mileage reimbursement is provided, and travel schedules are planned in advance whenever possible to promote work-life balance. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive hearing healthcare services while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Candidates must be licensed in accordance with state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat hearing loss in accordance with clinical and state licensing standards
• Conduct hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and patient education on device use and care
• Provide quality aftercare services including troubleshooting, repairs, and hearing aid maintenance
• Counsel patients on hearing aid and accessory options, including payment methods and third-party payor processes in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Achieve clinic growth goals while maintaining ethical clinical and sales practices
• Participate in community outreach activities, including health fairs and physician relationship development
• Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and clinic leadership to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance goals
• Support telehealth and remote care initiatives, including remote hearing tests and patient coaching
• Maintain required continuing education and licensure compliance
• Operate audiometric equipment and accurately interpret test results
• Clearly communicate test outcomes and recommended treatment plans to patients in an easy-to-understand manner

Qualifications
