Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an Audio/Visual technician to install, troubleshoot, and support AV equipment and control systems across event spaces and conference rooms.

You will manage video/audio setups, maintain inventory, and assist in back-of-house AV operations. The role requires strong guest service skills, ability to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, and willingness to participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Experience in audio/visual setup and maintenance.
• Excellent technical, problem solving, interpersonal, oral & written communication skills.
• Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and provide end-user support for AV equipment and control systems.
• Set-up, operate, and troubleshoot video and audio systems.
• Maintain AV equipment inventory and assist in back-of-house AV systems.
• Support special event, entertainment, and media systems; assist marketing systems.
