INSPIRE is seeking an Audio Visual Sales Manager to drive AV equipment and services sales at The Hotel Rosslyn in Rosslyn, VA. The role requires strong customer service, sales skills, and AV knowledge to maximize hotel AV revenue.

The successful candidate will collaborate with hotel staff and the internal AV team, manage client quotes, and ensure successful meetings from pre through post-event. Compensation includes benefits and a salary range of $65,000–$78,000.

Responsibilities

• Lead AV sales at the property and generate quotes and proposals.
• Identify client meeting needs and match to AV services and products.
• Collaborate with hotel sales and AV teams to secure business.
• Attend on-site and off-site client visits and pre/post-event meetings.
• Negotiate with clients to close AV business and align with client vision.
• Advise on AV equipment and labor selection with the AV staff.
• Review final billing with clients and secure approvals for charges.
• Follow up with clients for feedback and post-event service.
