Job summary

Conference Technologies in Nashville, TN is seeking an Audio Video Field Specialist with a passion for AV technology to join our team. You will troubleshoot and maintain complex AV systems, working closely with programmers to load updated files and complete final configuration and commissioning.

We value independence, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset. This is a full-time on-site role with travel up to 50% and a competitive salary range, plus benefits after probation and a 401K

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred, but not required.
• 4+ years of AV installation/commissioning experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with AV systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to keep systems operating optimally.

We are looking for an Audio Video Field Specialist for our Nashville, TN, branch whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission “to provide a fantastic customer experience”. Someone who is passionate about audio-visual technology. We take pride in our employees, who are known in the industry as customer-focused problem-solvers who can get the job done. This is not an entry-level position; we are seeking someone with at least 4 years of experience with audio-visual integration installations, commissioning, and services.

What are your responsibilities?

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels
• Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files
• Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions
• Other tasks as assigned

• Education: Associates degree is preferred, but not required. We take into account your experience/skill level and what you bring to the table as an individual.
• Customer Service Experience: A must! As you can see our customers are #1 and we need someone who can take care of them, and treat them as such.
• Attitude and Aptitude: Are key! We need someone who is eager to learn and comes to work ready to tackle any situation.
• AV/IT Networking: Knowledge of the audio-visual integration industry is a must! At least 4 years of experience with audio-visual installations, commissioning, and service is required.
