Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. is seeking an Audio-Visual Event Technician II to set up and operate audio, video, and lighting for events on and offsite at our Naples facility. This role requires travel 20-30% to support conferences, meetings, and tradeshow exhibits.

You will ensure equipment readiness, coordinate rentals, provide on-site support, and maintain strong client service. A high school diploma and 5 years of related experience (or an Associate's degree with 2 years) plus Dante certifications are

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5 years related experience or Associate's degree plus 2 years.
  • Dante Level 1, 2 & 3 certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Setup, operation, and strike of audio, video, and lighting equipment during events, studio productions, and tradeshow exhibits.
  • Selects and coordinates technical equipment rental and labor used during off-site events or video productions.
  • Maintains positive relationship with meeting hosts and planners through effective communication.
  • Monitors events and checks in on them throughout the day.
  • Meets with meeting requestors on-site to ensure needs are met and equipment is set up and working correctly.
  • Responsible for routine preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Responsible for level one user support and troubleshooting for all AV equipment in meeting rooms around the Arthrex campus and off-site labs.
  • Some travel is required for select offsite events and tradeshow exhibits.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Responsible for setup, operation, and strike of audio, video, and lighting equipment during events, studio productions, and tradeshow exhibits
  • Selects and coordinates technical equipment rental and labor used during off-site events or video productions

Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 5 years of related experience or Associates Degree and 2 years of related experience required
  • Certifications: Dante Level 1, 2 & 3
