Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical owner of system requirements and product definition activities for automotive audio and infotainment products.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across systems, hardware, software, validation, quality, suppliers, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful product development from concept through launch.
• Develop, analyze, and maintain product and system requirements using tools like DOORS and Jira, ensuring complete traceability.
• Support product development activities including architecture definition, design reviews, validation, and Start of Production (SOP).
• Collaborate with OEM customers and internal teams to clarify requirements, resolve technical issues, and manage requirement changes effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in product or systems engineering, with 3–5+ years specifically in automotive audio or infotainment systems.
• Proven experience leading or coordinating cross-functional engineering teams including hardware, software, validation, and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing suppliers, sourcing, technical reviews, and issue resolution.
• Strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of vehicle networks, and experience with EMC configuration and automated testing tools.
