Job description

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Systems Engineer to drive the end-to-end development of advanced electronic and embedded automotive products. In this role, you will bridge the gap between customers, hardware, software, and validation teams, ensuring seamless integration and robust architecture for next-generation vehicle systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Management: Define, cascade, and manage comprehensive system requirements, ensuring traceability from high-level customer requirements down to subsystem specifications.
• System Architecture: Contribute to the design and evolution of robust electrical/electronic (E/E) architectures for electronic control units and smart cabin features.
• Cross-Functional & Customer Interface: Serve as a primary technical bridge, interfacing directly with customer engineering teams, as well as internal Software, Hardware, and Validation departments.
• System Integration & Validation: Oversee system integration activities, define verification test cases, and lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex cross-domain issues.
• Domain Focus: Drive system-level development across key automotive domains such as In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI), Body Control Modules (BCM), displays, and connectivity solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of automotive systems engineering experience, preferably working on electronic and embedded products.
• Domain Background: Demonstrated experience with automotive electronic systems such as IVI, Body Electronics, Displays, Connectivity, or similar ECUs.
• Core Competencies: Proven expertise spanning the full systems lifecycle, including requirements engineering, architecture development, system integration, and validation.
• Collaboration Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively align multidisciplinary teams and external customers.
• Industry Background: Prior working experience within an OEM or Tier-1 automotive environment is strongly preferred.
