Job summary

Creative Technology Group in Secaucus, NJ is seeking a warehouse associate to pull and stage equipment for outbound shows and to prep gear for shipments. You will package and label items, coordinate with operations on substitutions or shortages, and help push equipment to docking stations for delivery.

This role requires forklift certification, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and endurance to work in a large 70,000+ square foot warehouse.

Qualifications

• Maintain detailed maintenance and repair records

Pulling and staging equipment from warehouse for outbound shows. The position is responsible for prepping outbound shows in our warehouses.

Job Duties:

• Preparing/returning show equipment
• Package and label items appropriately for transportation or based on show requirements
• Work with operations to ensure proper substitutions or shortages
• Receive sub-rented items into order to ensure fulfillment
• Create Shipping manifest or carnet prior to shipping
• Ability to run a department within the warehouse
• Assist pushing the equipment to various docking stations for outbound delivery
• Loading/unloading trucks
• Assist restocking delivered equipment in various locations throughout the warehouse
• Solid knowledge of R2
• Document service in inventory system and report all damaged equipment to operations
• Keep detailed records of maintenance, QC, and items entered into repair
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Fulltime, ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Availability to work overtime.

Required Education and Experience:

• Ability to spend long periods of time standing or moving in a 70,000+ square foot warehouse
